Founder, Mr. Narendra Warty

The legacy of Wartex System Pvt. Ltd. is deeply intertwined with the vision and pioneering innovations of our Founder, Mr. Narendra Warty. After introducing an indigenous solution for pre-stressing for the first time in India, he also ventured into HDPE pipe production, thereby playing a pivotal role in shaping the pre-stressing industry in Maharashtra.

Under his leadership, Wartex has developed over 100 unique products, catering to prestigious projects like the Bandra Worli Sea Link, MIAL Elevation Bridge for the Mumbai International Airport, Kakrapar Atomic Power plant, and many more. After Successfully establishing a state-of-the-art 87,000 Sq Ft. Facility in Nashik, he has positioned Wartex as one of the leaders in the pre-stressing Industry.

Carrying forward the legacy of Wartex Systems, Mr. Nachiket Warty has taken the reins as the Managing Director, infusing fresh vigor and progressive direction into the company's journey. Following the footsteps of his visionary father, Nachiket has further propelled Wartex's innovation by initiating an in-house HDPE pipe production capacity. Under his astute leadership, the company has seen an upsurge in output, an expanded range of products, and an augmentation of the factory's capacity.

He has introduced modern testing protocols, ensuring that Wartex's offerings always maintain the pinnacle of quality. Nearing the launch of a new range of products, including the specialized Pot / PTFE bearings and PEB structures, it's evident that Nachiket's vision for Wartex is expansive and forward-thinking.

Bandra-Worli Sea Link

The Bandra-Worli Sea Link is a cable-stayed bridge that connects Bandra in the western suburbs of Mumbai with Worli in South Mumbai. We provided Longitudinal Prestressing and Grouting solutions that fortified the bridge's structural integrity and longevity.

Mumbai Metro Project

The Mumbai Metro is an urban rapid transit system designed to streamline Mumbai's traffic flows. We played an important role in its development, again providing longitudinal prestressing and grouting solutions along with the anchorages needed for a project of this scale.

Koyna Dam

The Koyna Dam is a notable engineering accomplishment for India. Our contribution to its construction centered on the prestressing of I girders. This goes to show that our proficiency extends not just to bridges, but also dams, metros, and any other construction projects that require precision and innovation.
